About Namma Visuals

We rent audio-visual equipment for parties, functions and office events in Bangalore, and we handle the delivery, setup and pickup so you can focus on the event.

What we do

Namma Visuals rents speakers, projectors, screens, microphones, stage lights, fog and bubble machines, and podiums in Bangalore. We focus on events where people need good equipment for a few hours or days: birthdays and house parties, apartment festivals, family functions, office meetings and trainings, and small stage programmes.

Who we're for

We're a good fit if you:

• need equipment for an event, not to own it;
• want it delivered, set up and collected for you;
• are planning a small or medium-sized gathering; and
• would rather deal with a local rental team than coordinate a large production company.

If you need an operator, a DJ or full stage production for a large wedding, an event production company is the better choice, and we're happy to say so.

How we work

• Equipment we know: every item is listed with its real specifications, including what it doesn't do.
• Sized by guest count: we recommend speakers by how many people need to hear, not by watt numbers.
• Tested before delivery: equipment is cleaned and tested before it leaves our base.
• Set up and shown to you: we set up, pair your phone or laptop, and test mics before we leave.
• Clear pricing: prices are per 8-hour slot or per day. Delivery is free within 10 km, and any charge beyond that is quoted upfront.

Where we are
