Built around apartment life
HSR Layout's sectors are full of gated apartment communities, and that shapes what people rent. Kids' birthdays in the clubhouse, festival celebrations in the common area and community events on the lawn need sound that works for a crowd, set up somewhere other than your own living room.
Common setups in HSR Layout
Kids' birthday in a clubhouse
The 12-inch party speaker with a mic covers music, games and the birthday wishes. Its 3–4 hour battery helps when the clubhouse's sockets are in the wrong place. Add a bubble machine near the cake table, but check first that the clubhouse is fine with bubble residue on its floor.
Apartment festivals and community events
For a Ganesha celebration, Diwali evening or New Year party with 50–150 residents, the 1000W speaker with two wireless mics handles both the cultural programme and the dance afterwards. For larger lawns, step up to the 2000W PA speaker. Par cans and a fog machine turn a basement or lawn into a stage.
Startup teams
HSR has its share of startup offices. For an all-hands or offsite, our projector and screen with a wireless headset mic is the standard kit.
Things to check in HSR apartments
- Association approval: many communities need advance booking of the clubhouse and have rules on sound and timing. Loudspeakers outdoors after 10 pm are restricted under India's Noise Pollution Rules.
- Security entry: share the block and flat or clubhouse details so our team gets through the gate without delay.
- Power: clubhouse sockets are often limited. Tell us where the speaker will stand.
