Delivery

• Free delivery within 10 km of S.G. Palya
• Setup and a working test included with every delivery
• Pickup included at an agreed time
• Same-day delivery subject to availability
• Operating hours: 9 am – 8 pm
• Beyond 10 km: distance-based charge, quoted upfront

Rental terms

1. 01

   Booking and advance

   Bookings are confirmed once the advance is received. The balance is payable on delivery.

2. 02

   Identification

   A valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery.

3. 03

   Security deposit

   A refundable security deposit may apply for some items or bookings. If it does, we tell you when confirming and refund it after pickup and inspection.

4. 04

   Payment methods

   UPI, bank transfer or cash.

5. 05

   Rental period

   Rates are per 8-hour slot, per day, or per additional day as listed for each product. The rental period runs from delivery to the agreed pickup time.

6. 06

   Extensions and late returns

   To extend, message us as early as possible; extensions depend on availability. Equipment held beyond the agreed period is charged at the applicable rate.

7. 07

   Cancellation

   Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund of the advance. Later cancellations may forfeit the advance.

8. 08

   Care and damage

   Equipment is tested before delivery. You are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear during the rental, including damage from water, rain, power surges caused by faulty wiring at the venue, or misuse. Repair or replacement is charged at actual cost.

9. 09

   Power and venue

   You provide working power points at the agreed positions, including a 16A socket for the fog machine. Keep equipment indoors or under cover and away from water.

10. 10

    Permissions and noise rules

    You are responsible for venue, hotel or apartment association permissions, including for fog and amplified sound, and for following local noise rules. Outdoor loudspeaker use between 10 pm and 6 am is restricted under India’s Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000.

11. 11

    Safety

    Halogen par can lights get very hot. Keep them away from fabric, décor and children. Bubble residue can make floors slippery. Fog can trigger smoke detectors and irritate people with breathing sensitivities.
