Microphone included — speaker needed
The podium comes with a microphone. Like any mic, it needs a speaker or PA system to be heard. If your venue already has a sound system, we will connect to it. If not, add one of ours:
- 100W speaker for conference rooms and small halls.
- 1000W speaker for halls of up to about 150 guests.
- 2000W PA speaker for auditoriums, lawns and award nights of up to about 250 guests.
For a presenter who also needs to walk the stage, add the wireless headset and collar mic kit.
Placing the podium
Put the podium to one side of the stage, not in the centre, if you are also projecting slides. That way the speaker never blocks the screen. Angle it slightly toward the middle of the audience. Keep the speaker system in front of the podium and to the side, so the mic doesn't pick up its own sound and squeal. Before guests arrive, have each speaker check the mic height and practise standing at it once.

A typical conference or seminar booking is a podium, a speaker, our LCD projector and a screen. We deliver and set up everything together and test the mic and display before your first speaker arrives.

Delivery information
Free delivery within 10 km of our base in S.G. Palya, Bengaluru. Setup and pickup are included. Beyond 10 km, the delivery charge is based on distance and confirmed when you book. Same-day delivery is subject to availability, between 9 am and 8 pm.
Rental terms
An advance confirms your booking, with the balance due on delivery. A valid photo ID is required. You are responsible for the equipment during the rental, including venue permissions and noise rules.
